2016 Annual Report, JPASS Project

July 10, 2017

This report provides an overview of work done by the JPASS project in 2016. J-PASS was initiated in September 2015 with the overall aim of building the capacity of political parties to function effectively as institutions of governance. This is on the premise that political parties are potential governments in waiting and are central to a functioning democracy. J-PASS is jointly owned, managed, and implemented by UNDP-Ghana, the Electoral Commission and five selected political parties working as equals without uniformity to engender fairness.
